Yikes

Wow, it's been almost 2 months since I posted. Well, what can I say? Three kids, crazy busy job, flying all over the world, and getting my MBA -- I had a feeling something was going to have to give... and it looks like that something was posting to my blog.

I'm not giving up on this, though. My postings may be infrequent, and most likely lacking in much depth and creativity, but I'll still hop on here from time to time. At least until March 2010, when I finish up my last class of my Master's. Then I might be able to return to a more regular posting schedule (as regular as it ever was before, anyway)...

In the meantime, if you feel so inclined, you can catch up with me on Facebook -- it's not quite the same as blogging, but it does allow for me to keep up with more friends in a rapid-fire sort of way. I can post quick little snippets, comments and photos (in between getting the kids to bed, working on my latest Economics paper, having an in-depth discussion with my wife about some deep spiritual truth, etc.) without needing to invest the same amount of time that is typically required of a full-fledged blog post.

So that's it, I suppose. The Treasure Fine won't be going away -- in fact, I still don't think I've ever really explained the reasoning behind my selection of the title of my blog, so I definitely can't go away until I've at least done that. Check in from time to time, but for more "real time" updates, look me up on Facebook. And perhaps you'll see a new, refreshed The Treasure Fine back up and running at full steam in the spring of 2010; it'll be here before we know it...
